Dear Participants,
Welcome to the Plant 2024! We are thrilled to have you join us for this exciting event. In order to complete your registration, please follow the steps outlined above.
Fill out the registration form: In order to attend the conference, you must complete the online registration form. This form will collect important information such as your name, contact information, and any dietary restrictions.
Select your registration type: Choose the appropriate registration category that fits your needs and budget. We offer early bird, regular, and student pricing options.
Payment: After you have completed the registration form, you will be directed to our secure payment portal. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received.
Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with important details about the conference, including the schedule, venue information, and any other relevant information.

Registration Includes
For In-Person (On-Spot) Participants:
- Access (Entry) to all conference sessions, posters and exhibition area
- Conference kit including name tag, program booklet and Abstract Book
- 2 Coffee breaks and Lunch for all the conference days
- Certificate accreditation from Organizing Committee
Note: Participants registered under the listener and accompanying category are not allowed to present their papers in Oral or Poster sessions.
For Virtual Participants:
This category allows participants to present at the conference virtually from home or work without attending In person

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary
Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less $100 towards the processing fee
Cancellations order placed within 90 days of the conference start date is non-refundable but transferred to an upcoming event
Registrations are transferable until December 11, 2023, and any transfer requests after December 11, 2023, are not transferable
Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference
Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond the organizer's control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide the opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
